A plain-English guide for estate agencies and agents

EstateLuma reviews the public route from property research to useful enquiries. It focuses on valuation requests, viewing enquiries, landlord enquiries, local landing pages, mobile usability and the measurement of those journeys. The free Growth Opportunity Check is a public website audit; paid work starts only when you choose and confirm a package.
EstateLuma does not guarantee rankings, enquiries, sale prices, instructions or timeframes. Results depend on your website, market, approvals, implementation and data quality.
| Package | Price | Confirmed scope |
|---|---|---|
| Agency Website Quick Wins | €690 | Highest-priority website fixes; valuation and enquiry improvements; post-change verification. |
| Agency Lead Growth System | €1,490 | Quick Wins scope plus conversion measurement, local landing-page optimisation and a 30-day optimisation review. |
Your written offer, order or payment confirmation controls the exact paid scope. The production website does not state that these are recurring subscriptions, does not state setup fees and does not publish a refund window; EstateLuma will not infer those terms.
1. Submit your name, work email, agency name, public website, primary market or area, and consent.
2. The server validates the request, stores it in the EstateLuma queue and returns a request_id.
3. The existing Sales Engine imports the record under the real_estate workflow while preserving that request_id.
4. The audit flow reviews public pages and prepares prioritised findings.
5. An operator verifies the findings before they are delivered or used in a paid proposal.
A confirmation or request_id proves intake only. It does not prove that the audit is complete or that any commercial result has occurred.
Legal and trading name, public website, office locations and primary service areas.
Authorized business contact, billing contact and people allowed to approve website or marketing changes.
Chosen package and the written order or offer that defines scope.
Priority journey: valuation, buyer/viewing, landlord, seller, local-area page or another agreed route.
Existing website platform, analytics and lead-routing access that you explicitly approve.
Definitions for a useful enquiry and any known tracking or data-quality gaps.
Consent, suppression and do-not-contact requirements that apply to your business.
Brand, legal and property-content rules that must be preserved.
EstateLuma delivers the agreed audit, prioritised findings, implementation handoff or review through the customer-specific delivery method confirmed during onboarding. Each recommendation should identify the relevant page or journey, the evidence reviewed, the proposed change and whether your approval is required. Ask for the request_id when discussing a submitted Growth Opportunity Check.
Treat proposed improvements separately from completed changes and measured outcomes. Website traffic alone is not a qualified property enquiry.

| Reviewing approved public pages; classifying audit findings; ranking opportunities; drafting recommendations; preparing internal summaries. | Public website changes; paid media or spend; customer-facing messages; pricing or contract changes; access or permission changes; deletion or export of sensitive data. |
An operator remains responsible for checking agency identity, evidence, scope and approvals before external action.
Use only the payment or invoice instructions in your EstateLuma written offer or checkout. The public production baseline confirms the package prices above, but it does not confirm a recurring billing cycle, setup fee, refund period or automatic renewal. Do not send card details, passwords or API keys through the audit form or ordinary email.
1. EstateLuma verifies the payment or billing evidence against your written order; a browser success page alone is not enough.
2. An operator matches the customer, agency, package and payment reference in the EstateLuma tenant record.
3. You receive this Customer Manual and a customer-specific onboarding request through the agreed delivery channel.
4. EstateLuma confirms authorized contacts, scope, approvals, consent/suppression rules and approved access.
5. Only the connections or website access required for the agreed work are enabled and checked.
6. The team establishes the baseline, confirms the first priority and records any data gaps.
7. Proposed public changes are held for the required approval.
8. The agreed findings, implementation handoff or 30-day review is delivered with traceable references.
Activation must not occur from an unverified payment notification or a customer-reported screenshot alone.
Use the contact method in your order, payment confirmation or onboarding message. Include your agency name, work email, website and request_id when available. Never include passwords, API keys or payment-card details. No response-time commitment applies unless it appears in your signed terms.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The audit form does not return a request_id | Retry once with complete valid details. If it still fails, record the time and page and contact EstateLuma. |
| You received a request_id but no audit yet | Quote the request_id and ask for the audit-flow status. Intake confirmation is not completion. |
| A recommendation concerns the wrong agency or site | Stop using it and report it immediately as an identity/isolation issue. |
| A proposed change is outside the agreed package | Do not approve it. Ask the operator to reconcile it with the written order. |
| An expected delivery email is missing | Check the approved work mailbox and spam folder, then ask for the delivery receipt/reference. |
Send a written cancellation or stop-work request from an authorized business contact using the support route in your order or onboarding message. Include your agency, package and relevant order/payment reference. EstateLuma must verify authority and the payment/work state before confirming the effective date. Any refund, notice period, renewal rule, data retention or deletion action follows the written agreement and applicable law; this manual does not invent those terms.
After confirmation, EstateLuma stops or completes only the affected work, removes customer-specific access when appropriate, preserves required audit evidence, and records any approved data return or deletion.
The free audit uses the details you provide to prepare and respond about that audit. EstateLuma records consent with the request. Paid delivery uses only approved business data and access. Ask the operator for the applicable privacy notice and any data-processing terms before sharing personal data beyond the public audit fields. EstateLuma should keep customer records isolated under tenant_id/company_id = estateluma and preserve an audit trail for important actions.
